Farmcut Kitchen is a family-run, online-only restaurant based in Frankfort, Kentucky, serving handcrafted meals made from farm-raised ingredients. It’s powered by Cody and Chelsea Brennaman, owners of Brennaman & Bucks Farm, where they raise grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and poultry with sustainable, transparent practices. What started as a personal mission to feed their family with real, quality food has grown into a full-scale farm operation — and now, a unique way to feed their community.
In 2021, the Brennamans launched their Farm-to-Food Truck, offering their meats and meals at farmers markets, concerts, and local events. Now, with the opening of Farmcut Kitchen, they’re bringing that same commitment to flavor and farm-fresh quality to a fully digital experience. Teaming up with Rocky’s Pub, they’ve created an online ordering platform featuring dishes made with their own beef and pork — including smash burgers, brisket sandwiches, BBQ, hand-cut fries, and other Kentucky comfort food favorites.
